Established in 2004, Land Dimensions was originally based out of a small office in Berwick. In 2007, the company expanded and relocated to a new office precinct in Mulgrave.

Land Dimensions was formed by Andreas Cirugeda being a Director and Licensed Surveyor for the company. In Victoria, only Licensed Surveyors may undertake cadastral surveying which is the determination of legal property boundaries. As Andreas is a Registered Licensed Surveyor with the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria, his professional conduct and ethics are secured with high standards. With over 15 years of qualified experience, he is supported by a number of experienced and reliable staff who maintain Andreas’s high level of professionalism and service.

Land Dimensions have an extensive range of clientele from all parts of the community such as architects, builders, developers, local council and the general public. Our personalized service has allowed us to develop strong relationships with not only our clients, but many other consultants in the construction and property industry.
